			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi I&#8217;m Catherine Francis and I&#8217;m from California where I work for a design company.  Not too long ago I gave birth to my second child.  I wanted to find a way to lose the extra weight I gained so started looking around online for some solutions.</p>
<p>Finally after a long search I came across a few things that ended up helping be get fit again and decided to share them on my blog.</p>
<h3>A Guide That Saved Me A Lot Of Time</h3>
<p>First I came across this really helpful book called <a href="http://www.howtolosepregnancyweight.com/fitmummy">Fit Yummy Mummy</a>.  It had some really useful exercise and diet information that I didn&#8217;t know about before.</p>
